PROMAPAC: Evaluation works continue at FSRDC

On September 25, 2025, the evaluation works of the Multinational Resilience Project for populations affected by the crisis in Eastern DRC (PROMAPAC) continued at the FSRDC headquarters with the participation of several strategic institutions.

### PROMAPAC: Evaluation works continue at FSRDC On September 25, 2025, the evaluation works of the Multinational Resilience Project for populations affected by the crisis in Eastern DRC (PROMAPAC) continued in the conference hall of the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC). This evaluation is conducted by a high-level team from the African Development Bank (AfDB), led by Mr. Raymond BESONG, Principal Economist at AfDB, in close collaboration with the FSRDC team. In the morning, the session saw the active participation of several strategic institutions, including: - Ministry of Planning - Ministry of Health - ANADEC - FOGEC - Ministry of Vocational Training - Ministry of Entrepreneurship In the afternoon, discussions expanded with: - Ministry of Interior - Ministry of Agriculture - Ministry of Employment - Ministry of Foreign Trade - Ministry of Gender - Ministry of SMEs - CNR - National Youth Council (CNJ) These multisectoral meetings illustrate the inclusive and participatory approach adopted to ensure the success of PROMAPAC, a project supported by the AfDB and coordinated by FSRDC, under the leadership of President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo. This process aims to bring sustainable solutions to the humanitarian and security crisis in Eastern DRC by strengthening resilience, dignity, and socio-economic opportunities for affected populations.
