FSRDC welcomes the new AfDB Central Africa Director General

On September 24, 2025, the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC) warmly welcomed Mr. Léandre BASSOLÉ, the new Director General for Central Africa at the African Development Bank (AfDB), during a working session dedicated to the PTA-RDC.

**On September 24, 2025, the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC) had the honor of receiving **Mr. Léandre BASSOLÉ**, the new Director General for Central Africa at the African Development Bank (AfDB).# Titre 1** Welcomed with warmth and solemnity by **Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA**, National Coordinator of FSRDC, Mr. Bassolé held a working session with the Social Fund team dedicated to the implementation of the Agricultural Transformation Program in the DRC (PTA-RDC). At the end of the meeting, **Mr. Bassolé** expressed his satisfaction and praised the dynamism of FSRDC, particularly in: - The speed of processing files, - Constructive dialogue with stakeholders, - Rigor in preparing PTA-RDC documents. The PTA-RDC is a presidential initiative driven by H.E. Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, aiming to materialize his vision of “revenge of the soil over the subsoil”.
