FSRDC – MONUSCO: A strategic collaboration for the future of Congolese personnel!

FSRDC and MONUSCO launch strategic dialogue to support the professional transition of Congolese staff as the UN mission withdraws.

**On November 26, 2025, Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA, National Coordinator of the FSRDC, was received by Ms. Bintou Keita, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Head of MONUSCO.** The discussions focused on the future of Congolese MONUSCO staff as the mission gradually withdraws from the country. To avoid massive job losses, MONUSCO aims to redeploy national expertise, in collaboration with the ILO (BIT) and the FSRDC, a key actor in professional integration in the DRC.
