FOR THE HOLIDAYS, NO FAMILY WAS LEFT BEHIND!

During Christmas and New Year 2025, the Community Canteens Project Phase 2 helped thousands of Congolese families access essential food supplies.

During the Christmas and New Year holidays, the Community Canteens Project, Phase 2 successfully carried out a special promotional campaign aimed at improving access to essential food supplies for Congolese households.

This initiative, inspired by the vision of the Head of State, was coordinated by the Social Fund of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FSRDC), under the commitment and leadership of Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA, National Coordinator.

Through this campaign, no family was left behind. The actions implemented helped improve household food baskets, ease the burden on families during the festive season, and strengthen national solidarity.

Because the holidays are not only about celebration but also about sharing, supporting one another, and restoring hope, the Community Canteens have emerged as a concrete instrument of social cohesion.

The campaign was widely observed on the ground, reflecting a shared commitment to a more inclusive and supportive Democratic Republic of Congo.
