On September 23, 2025, the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC) hosted the continuation of the evaluation mission of the Multinational Project for the Resilience of Eastern populations facing the crisis.

### On September 23, 2025, the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC) hosted the continuation of the evaluation mission of the Multinational Project for the Resilience of Eastern populations facing the crisis. Led by Mr. Raymond BESONG, Chief Economist at the African Development Bank (AfDB), and attended by Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA, National Coordinator of the FSRDC, the discussions focused on analyzing the mechanisms needed to provide sustainable responses to the humanitarian and security crisis affecting Eastern DRC. This project, initiated by President Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO under his vision “The People First”, benefits from the technical and financial support of the AfDB. It aims to strengthen peace, dignity, and resilience for the most affected communities.
