Restructuré par Ordonnance Présidentielle n° 023/49 du 28 avril 2023 portant création, organisation et fonctionnement du FSRDC, il bénéficie d'une autonomie administrative et financière lui permettant de conduire efficacement ses programmes de développement à l'échelle nationale.
