### Modernization and discipline: A successful training! On August 26, 2025, the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC) successfully concluded the training of executives on the new version of the TOMPRO software, organized in Kinshasa in partnership with TOMATE. For 10 intensive days, the Finance and Accounting teams, under the leadership of Mr. Philippe Ngwala Malemba, National Coordinator, were equipped to master TOMPRO and TOMWEB, in connection with the new SYSBNEL framework. **Result:** Executives are now more efficient and better prepared to ensure rigorous, transparent, and effective management of the Fund’s resources. With this training, the FSRDC boosts the performance and modernization of its financial and accounting system.
