### Institutional synergy for rapid and sustainable results! On September 22, 2025, in Kinshasa, Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA, National Coordinator of the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC), met with Mr. Serge MULUMBA KATCHY, Coordinator of the General Strategic Reserve (RSG). Both institutions, which fall directly under the Presidency of the Republic, decided to join forces and align their initiatives in order to maximize the achievement of common short-term goals. This strategic collaboration illustrates the will of the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, to strengthen program coordination and ensure concrete impact for the benefit of the population.
