On September 23, 2025, AfDB and FSRDC strengthened their partnership to accelerate agricultural transformation in the DRC through a constructive working session in Kinshasa.

### Strengthening the AfDB–FSRDC partnership for a productive agriculture in DRC! On September 23, 2025, at the headquarters of the Social Fund of the DRC (FSRDC), an important working session was held between Mr. Philippe NGWALA MALEMBA, National Coordinator of the FSRDC, and Mr. Vincent CASTEL, Division Manager for Agriculture for the North, Central and Nigeria regions at the African Development Bank (AfDB). Key highlights of the discussions included: - The start of a one-week mission by Mr. Castel in the DRC, - Review of AfDB activities carried out with the FSRDC, - Accelerated implementation of the Agricultural Transformation Program in DRC (PTA-RDC), - And most importantly, ensuring the success of the 2025–2026 Agricultural Campaign. This meeting reflects the shared commitment of AfDB and FSRDC to guarantee sustainable agricultural transformation as a driver of food security, rural employment creation, and inclusive economic development in the DRC.
