The PAGDC-PTA project aims to support agricultural transformation in the Democratic Republic of Congo through three main pillars: Improving the climate for agricultural investments, Enhancing workforce quality and fostering youth and women entrepreneurship, Ensuring effective project coordination and management. The project includes the following components: Support for improving the investment climate (regulatory reforms, land tenure security, transfer of climate-smart technologies). Support for workforce quality and youth/women entrepreneurship (vocational training, professional integration, establishment of entrepreneurship promotion infrastructures). Project coordination and management (steering, monitoring & evaluation, financial management, communication, social compliance). Targeting several provinces (Kasaï Oriental, Kongo Central, Nord-Ubangi, Sud-Ubangi, and Tshopo), the project will be implemented over five years (2024-2029) with a total budget of USD 133,000,000.Shughuli kuu
